TEAM and PROJECT PARTICIPATION: For CMAT and Company to be an effective Production House, all personnel must be actively engaged in team activities and participate fully in project objectives. Individual levels of participation may vary by assignment and limitation. But, should never be at the election of the team member to simply not try. Projects provide team grades. Team grades are passed on to the participants. Because of individual levels of participation and because some members will not be as productive as they could be, a system of management notation has been established to align the grades in accordance with team and project participation.
