Welcome to CMAT and Company

TEAM STRUCTURES:(Rev. 2004)

Each person working on any product in the CMAT Lab is associated with an assigned team. Teams are identified as Team A, B, C, D or E. Each team is an integral part of a CMAT and Company division. The division takes it's name from the period it meets (i.e. Division 02, Division 05, etc.) CMAT and COMPANY operates as a dynamic Production House composed of several Divisions each Division having one to four Teams.

At the head of the organization is the Executive Producer (Teacher/Facilitator) responsible for all aspects of CMAT Lab operations. The team Manager reports directly to the Executive Producer ensuring all reports and communication are handled in a timely manor. The Team Administrator assists the Team Manager coordinating information from team members and controlling Internet access. Other key team positions include Modelor/Animator, Sound Engineer/Editor, Photo/Video Editor, and Compiler/Director. For the benefit of the Team, members may, at any time, be required to hold more than one position.

Team assignments (Team A, B, C, D or E) are at the discretion of the Executive Producer. Through the rotational projects, Team Managers are assigned by the Executive Producer while the Administrator is selected by the Team Manager. The Team Manager and Administrator are additional responsibility assignments that help the team function as a whole. Other key positions are by work area Rotation Schedule. In the Final Project all team assignments are at team member discretion.

In addition, the Control Team provides additional back up and transfer services.
