Tracking Employability Skills

With a mere 5 minutes a day and about 15 minutes at the end of every six weeks, you can track and report all your students ES grades. In this page I'll show you how!

Using Excel, we can track our students' performance in the area of Employability. Excel can total the number of incidents and use a formula to convert the number of incidents to an ES grade. The result is a more objective grade that may surprise you!

Let's Get Started....

1. Download the ES tracker spreadsheet for the current six-weeks, or future six-weeks to get set up in advance.

2. Start by entering your student name and id number information.
