Lively Elem. PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Wild about Fitness!!

The Lively PE department is proud to announce many accomplishments throughout the successes of our programs.

Lively is recognized as a USDA Healthy Schools Gold Award. Lively achieved this award through the many programs and activities to promote health, active lifestyles, and good nutrition.

Our mission in the PE Department, as part of the TAC program at Lively, is to teach students the anatomical names of major muscles and bones in the body and help them understand how those two work together to make our body move. We feel strongly that the knowledge gained form the TAC program with assist students in their further education as they succeed through higher levels and then on to higher education.
