It makes me light up when I feel that I contributed to creating learners that are responsible for their own learning, Students that are self-regulated and motivated, able to define their own learning goals and evaluate their own achievements. I want to produce learners that are energized by their learning and their joy of learning leads them to a lifelong passion for solving problems, 

I want strategic learners that are tactical in that they know how to learn and able to use their knowledge to solve problems creatively. It is also very important to have learners that know how to use their collaboration skills and value the benefits of knowing and positively demonstrating how to work with others.
