We are investigating different aspects of robotics.  We have used code.org to learn some basic programming.  We joined the robotics competition this jJanuary with students from all over the world, part of IISD's long relationship with schools in India as well as Coppell and Lewisville.  We hope to have more entries and more participation in the coming year.  We are now building lego simple machines to learn how to make things move better.  We are so proud of all the students at different levels of experience that are investing their time and effort into learning something new.

This year one of our teams took 2nd place in the virtual robotics competition.  Here is their robot: Solar Car.  Congratulations to all our teams that worked so hard with a deadline that moved up. They all learned collaboration, creativity, communication, and critical thinking.
