We recommend that all staff members sign-up for this self-service. SysAid will let you reset or unlock your password if you are ever locked out. This system will let you set security questions, so that you can unlock your password immediately without contacting the district help desk.

The attached documents below will help you reset your password. Remember to check the PASSWORD GUIDELINES to be sure your new password meets the required standard.
Note: Password changes must be made while on the district network and preferably on district property (so that you can get assistance if necessary). You will also need to update your smart phone and ipad at the same time (see attachments above). So, please ensure that you have these items with you when you change your password.
