Our mission as a branch of the support services department is to provide you with the highest quality food, at reasonable prices, while providing outstanding customer service, always on time, at any function throughout the district.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner caterings as well as appetizers, snacks and beverage service.
Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We will return the next day to retrieve all our equipment and utensils. The set up and tear down is included with orders with the exception of late evening caterings in which case the manager will contact you to discuss. Delivery is free of charge to any district campus. Deliveries outside the district will be limited and a fee will be assessed on an individual basis. Contact the Manager to discuss. There will be an Upcharge for Saturday Catering orders of $25.00.
You are welcomed to take home any food items that are left from your event. However, you will be charged the replacement cost for any missing trays, baskets, bowls, utensils, etc.
How to Place Your Order:
1. Complete the “Catering Request Form” found on this department page and email to email@example.com or by fax to (972) 273-6906
2. Once we receive your completed form, we will return an invoice for your approval and collect method of payment. Please review, sign with budget code and return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to (972) 273-6906
3. Once we’ve received all information you will receive an email confirmation that your event has been scheduled.
Catering requests should be submitted at least one week in advance. All events are booked on a “first-come first-serve basis”. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute orders. Please call us at 972-600-5437 ask for Maria, Catering Manager. All changes and cancellations without a minimum 24 hour notice may be assessed a fee.
