Vending Procedures

1. All revenue from vending machines located in the teacher’s lounge or other areas not accessible to students may be accounted for as Teacher Vending (Level II, Code 916) in the school’s Campus Activity Fund account.

2. Revenue from vending machines located in areas accessible to students must be deposited to the related student vending account (i.e., Boys Athletic Vending, Girls Athletic Venting, etc.) 

3. If high school teachers/staff also use vending machines in areas accessible to students, a portion of the revenue, not exceeding 40% may be deposited to Teacher Vending (Level II, Code 916) in the school’s Campus Activity Fund account.  The remaining revenue should be deposited to Level II Code 955. The allocation must be a reasonable estimation of teacher and student usage of the machines.

4. Revenue for machines located at middle and elementary schools should be deposited to Teacher Vending (Level II, Code 916).
