Parent Guide to Accessing Required Instructional Materials (HB 1605) 

Under HB 1605, parents have the right to access certain instructional materials used in their child’s classroom through a parent portal. Publishers who are subject to this requirement provide access through their own platforms. The following information includes instructions to help families navigate each applicable publisher’s portal to view the instructional materials.

Bluebonnet Learning

K-5 Reading Language Arts K-5 Math 6-8 Learning Math Parents may access Bluebonnet Learning materials by clicking on the link provided by the Texas Education Agency: https://accessbluebonnet.tea.texas.gov/

STEMScopes

Algebra 1 - Access will be provided by teachers directly to parents via email invitation. Please reach out directly to your child’s Algebra I teacher to request access. 

Cosenza Math

Algebraic Thinking The URL and login credentials will be provided by teachers directly to parents via Canvas. Please reach out directly to your child’s teacher to request access.
