When you call you will be speaking with a New York Life Insurance specialist who can help you find wellness resources including counselors and therapists in your area. You and anyone in your household will receive 3 free counseling sessions per issue. The specialist will explain the details.

Access for staff and family members to a licensed counselor who provides help handling the demands of work, family and life.
Wellbeing
Certified coaches will work one on one to address health and well-being concerns and provide guidance to achieve goals. There are 5 free sessions per year.

Family Care Services Specialists that provide ducational materials and reffereals for childcare, adoptionm elder and pet care.
Financial Connect
Connects you and your family members to qualified Certified Public Accounts and financial planners to guide you.
Legal Connect
Access to consultations with attorneys who provide guidance on divorce, adoption and more. Additionally, receive a 25% discount to a local attorney.
Estate Guidance
An online tool that guides you through making a last will, testament and final arrangements easily.
