Mission 
Irving ISD Employee Wellness and Support Services Program will "support the spread of wellness" as we promote and provide mental/emotional health, physical, nutritional, and financial wellness programs, activities, and services to all employees affirming that "wellness is for all shapes, all sizes, all the time."

Vision
Irving ISD Employee Wellness and Support Services Program is an investment in our most important asset, our employees. The benefits of this program include:

  • Reduction of stress, anxiety, fear, and burnout
  • Improved decision-making and productivity 
  • Improved employee morale
  • Reduction in absenteeism and lost time
  • Reduction in employee turnover
  • Improved disease management and prevention, and a healthier workforce in general, both of which contribute to lower health care costs
