We are responsible for all aspects of the IISD Contruction relative to long range facilities planning, new construction and renovation efforts pursuant to facilities upgrades and bond program planning.  We are also responsible for overseeing construction activities, but not limited to budgeting, planning, safety, and design.  In addition, we assist in the development of project scopes and utilize varied project management methodologies to monitor district construction projects.
