Summer School Meal Requests

The Food & Nutrition Department is happy to provide meals for your Summer School Program. Simply fill out and submit the meal request form below.

Use the following form to Request Breakfast Meals, and Lunch Meals.

Please note the following restrictions:

• Field trips must be submitted 14 days prior to scheduled event (ALL SITES).
• Non-School sites serving 50 meals or less per serving period (breakfast or lunch) may be required to pick up meals at the production site.
• Non-School sites serving 50 meals or less per period (breakfast or lunch) must provide their own staff/volunteer(s) to serve meals.
• All staff and volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory training prior to the start of the meal service.
