Project P.A.S.S. Home

Project P.A.S.S. (Program for Assisting Students in School) is the Homeless Education Assistance Program in Irving ISD. The federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Improvement Act, Every Student Succeeds Act, the Texas Education Code and the Irving ISD Board Policy ensure educational rights and protections for children and youth living in homeless situations.
