Irving Independent School District IT SMS Notification Terms & Conditions
Irving ISD IT Department sends automated monitoring and security alert notifications to enrolled IT staff.
Message types: Server health alerts, network outage notifications, security incident warnings, and IT system status updates.
Frequency: Varies based on system activity.
Opt-in: Eligible IT staff are given an opportunity to enroll via the consent form during onboarding. If they do not provide consent during onboarding, they can request a copy of the consent form from their supervisor and submit it to opt in at any time. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Opt-out requests are processed immediately upon receipt.
Start: If a user has previously opted-out, they may reply START to re-enroll.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact the IT Help Desk at 972-600-5260.
Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy: Your mobile number is used solely for IT notification purposes and is not shared with third parties.
