Employee Grievances

Employee grievances are governed by Irving ISD Board Policy DGBA(LOCAL).

Employees wanting to submit a grievance will need to complete the following steps:

1. Complete a grievance form located in the Board Policy. 
2. File grievance form with Human Resources either by hand at 2621 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062, by email submission to grievance@irvingisd.net or by fax at 972.215.5211. Pursuant to that policy, ALL grievance forms and appeal notices must be filed with Human Resources. 

Please note, grievance documents received by Legal Services will be returned to sender, so they can be properly filed with Human Resources.
