Digital Monument Signs Best Practices
The digital monument signs are an effective way to communicate messages, events and announcements to our school communities. Graphics for the digital monument signs can be uploaded districtwide, across school levels (Ex. all elementary schools, all middle schools, etc.) and by each individual campus. To avoid redundancy, districtwide dates and initiatives (Ex: Closing for a federal holiday, snow day or Open House) do not need to be posted to your campus marquee as they will be managed by the Marketing and Communications Department.
