Bringing Irving Together
Join us for the Bringing Irving Together: Community Resource Fair on Saturday, April 25, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Nimitz High School. This one-stop shop event will connect families with resources and information needed to guarantee a successful start to the 2026-2027 school year!
At Bringing Irving Together, you’ll:
- Get hands-on assistance with registration for the upcoming school year
- Enjoy FREE food at the district food show and vote on items to be served in our cafeterias next year
- Discover the wide range of athletic and fine arts programs that set Irving ISD apart.
- Take a tour of the state-of-the-art fitness court!
- Learn about Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs that prepare students for successful careers with hands-on learning opportunities
- Explore the ways Irving ISD incorporates STEM curriculum as early as elementary school
- And more!

Register for the 2026-2027 School Year at the Event
We’re making registration easier than ever! Join us at the Community Resource Fair to get a head start on enrolling your child for the upcoming school year. Dedicated staff will be available on-site to assist families with the registration process, and devices will be provided for convenience.
Before you arrive, be sure to bring the necessary documentation if required. View the registration checklists below to ensure you have everything you need!
For NEW K-12 Students, Bring the Following:
- Proof of residency
- Birth certificate
- Updated vaccination records
- Parent/guardian government issued ID
- *This summer, you’ll be contacted and asked to provide family income
For NEW PreK Students, Bring the Following:
- Additional Documentation needed if:
- Eligible for SNAP and/or TANF
- Qualifies as an English Language Learner
- Homeless
- Qualifies for Medicaid
- Currently or has ever been in the foster care system
- Dependent of active military service member, member who was injured during active service or is the survivor of a member killed in active service
- Dependent of first responder who is a recipient of the Star of Texas Award
- *This summer, you’ll be contacted and asked to provide family income
For ALL Returning Students
- The only thing you need to bring is your Proof of Residency if your address has changed.
