AP Exams

AP Exams:

Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Irving ISD offers currently enrolled students the opportunity to take AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition.

Homeschooled Students and AP Exams

How can I take an AP Exam?

If you are homeschooled, you will need to call a local Irving ISD high school and ask to speak with the school’s AP coordinator. The AP coordinator is able to administer your AP Exam(s), order your exam materials, tell you when and where to report for the exams, and collect the exam fees.

See schedule below.
