About Us

The Department of Performance Outcomes & Data monitors and evaluates the success of academic programs in the district; ensuring quality and integrity in student assessment; managing and ensuring the quality of student data; submitting student data to Texas and US education agencies; tracking and forecasting student enrollment; maintaining relationships with outside partners and vendors; and providing teachers, campus administrators, and district administrators with timely, actionable data for instructional decision making.  

In order to carry out these varied tasks the department includes a diverse group of professionals working in the areas of:

• assessment
• statistical data analysis
• geographic information systems
• performance reporting
• program evaluation
• data governance

We exist to ensure that each student attains intellectual and personal excellence by providing high quality data management services, student assessment programs, data analysis and reporting services, and program evaluations for the Irving ISD.
