Tuition-Based PreK
Irving ISD offers free and tuition-based PreK.
If your child does not meet the eligibility criteria for free PreK (see free PreK eligibility requirements), you may enroll your child in tuition-based PreK.
Here are a few important things to note about tuition-based PreK:
- Irving ISD's tuition-based program costs approximately $100/week.
- 3-year-old students who qualify for the free half-day program can enroll in our full-day tuition-based program for approximately $50/week.
- Children must be 3- or 4-years-old by September 1 to enroll.
- The tuition-based program includes breakfast, lunch, snack and the after-school program, which extends the day to 5:30 PM.
- Tuition-based classes are located at the three early childhood schools:
- Kinkeade Early Childhood School: 2333 Cameron Place, Irving
- Pierce Early Childhood School: 901 N. Britain, Irving
- Clifton Early Childhood School: 3950 Pleasant Run, Irving
