Tuition-Based PreK

PreK registration is first-come, first-served.

If your child does not meet the eligibility criteria for free PreK (see free PreK eligibility requirements), you may enroll your child in tuition-based PreK.

Here are a few important things to note about tuition-based PreK: 

• Irving ISD's tuition-based program costs approximately $100/week.
• 3-year-old students who qualify for the free half-day program can enroll in our full-day tuition-based program for approximately $50/week. 
• Children must be 3- or 4-years-old by September 1 to enroll.

The tuition-based program includes breakfast, lunch, snack and the after-school program, which extends the day to 5:30 PM. 
 

Tuition-based classes are located at the three early childhood schools:

Kinkeade Early Childhood School (Location: southwest Irving)

Pierce Early Childhood School (Location: southeast Irving) 

Clifton Early Childhood School (Location: north Irving)
