Purchasing

Irving ISD's Purchasing Department facilitates the acquisition of goods and services in accordance with state and federal law in order to meet the needs of our campuses and departments. Our goal is to provide approved vendors for quality products and services required for District operations at the best value, time and place needed and in the proper quantity and quality.

 
Notices for Bids and Request for Proposals are published in the Dallas Morning News and/or the Irving Rambler and posted online. Notices are also sent via e-mail for vendors who have registered in the district's vendor database based on the commodity/category being bid.
