Current Bids and Opportunities
For bids currently available on the Irving ISD Online eBid System, vendors must first register and log in to participate in the bid and view responses.
All other bids can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking the title of the Bids listed in the table below. The bid/proposal must be executed and submitted to the Purchasing Department using the instructions specified. If you have problems downloading a given bid document, please contact the Purchasing Department at 972-600-5440. You are advised to continually check for future addenda and current solicitations. Proposals received at the Irving ISD Purchasing Department after the time and date specified will not be considered and will be filed unopened. Irving ISD shall not be liable for late bids/proposals.
