SWOT Analysis

During the stakeholder sessions held in the Spring and Summer of this year, data was collected to assess the current and desired state of the district. Based on the analysis of feedback from the sessions and the temperature check/climate open-ended questions, themes emerged to uncover the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for potential focus areas.

In the next phase of the strategic planning process, the district will use reflective and collaborative practices to develop strategic goals and determine measurable objectives to track and achieve these goals.
