• Krystle Green, Principal

    Principal Green began her educational career in 2002. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University, she worked as a classroom teacher and instructional specialist in Richardson ISD and Cumbayá, Ecuador, a new teacher specialist for The New Teacher Project in Fort Worth, and a professional development leader for teachers. Green joined Irving ISD in 2013 and has worked at Jackie Mae Townsell Elementary and T. J. Lee Elementary as an Assistant Principal. She rejoined Townsell Elementary as the principal in 2018 where she is committed to the success of every scholar every day.

    Principal Green is passionate about serving scholars and building a stronger community. She looks forward to continuing a positive and collaborative relationship with the Irving community and is very proud to be a Townsell Timberwolf.

  • Ronnie Davis, Assistant Principal

    Ronnie Davis was raised in Houston, Texas, but spent time living in different areas across the U.S. He has lived in Texas, Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska. He graduated from the University of North Texas received a bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus in finance. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and received his principal certification in educational leadership studies from Lamar University in 2017.  He started out his educational career as a math teacher at Crockett Middle School, and after 3 years, he moved into special education as a Behavior Intervention Family Specialist at Wheeler Transitional Center. It is here where he served the families of those who needed training on behavioral issues and then served districtwide as a Behavior Specialist. Now he serves as the Assistant Principal at Townsell Elementary School under the leadership of Krystle Green. He is passionate about learning and loves to play and create music as a D.J.

  • Joshua Cassada, Assistant Principal

    Joshua Cassada grew up in Chillicothe, Missouri. After a five year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps, he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Most recently, Mr. Cassada earned a Master of Education degree in educational leadership from Dallas Baptist University. Joshua began working for Irving ISD in 2009. He taught fourth and fifth grade at Thomas Haley Elementary School for seven years.  After that, he spent two years as the Special Education Math Academic Specialist (K-12) for Irving ISD.  Joshua started working as the Townsell Elementary Assistant Principal in July, 2018.
