  • Nimitz Pet Care Guidelines

    *Pets will not be accepted without a booked appointment or valid medical records.

    • Drop off for pet services will be Monday – Friday between 8:00-8:45 am

    • Pick up time after services will be between 4:15-4:45 pm

    • Payment of Services will be due prior to Pet Check In

    • Provide up to date vaccination records of Rabies/DAPP/Bordetella (Signed by Certified Veterinarian)

    • Pets should be current on Flea Prevention (Available for Purchase) - You will be contacted if pet needs a treatment while boarding. Heart worm prevention is recommended

    • Pets must not show any signs of illness (coughing/sneezing/vomiting/diarrhea/lethargy) You will be contacted for immediate pick up

    • Pets must not show any signs of aggression to humans or other animals. NOTE: In the case that your pet shows aggression, You will be contacted for immediate pick up or Irving Animal Services will hold your pet for pick up.

     

    *Please keep in mind the services rendered by Nimitz Pet Care are student driven to incorporate learning opportunities and skill development for the students’ success in School of Veterinary Medicine Program.
