Randy Randle is a lifelong resident of Irving. He attended Otis Brown Elementary School, Bowie Junior High School and graduated from Nimitz High School. Randy attended The University of Texas at Arlington and received a Business Administration degree in accounting.Mr. Randle has been married to Lynda for 16 years and has two sons who attended Irving Schools. Randy has long been serving in leadership roles in both our schools and our community. He has served as PTA fundraising chairman, Band Booster president and chairman of baseball concessions for the Booster Club. Randy has served on two campus improvement committees and the District Improvement Committee.
Randy served on the Irving City Council for six years and was chairman of the finance committee. He also served as chairman of the City of Irving Bond Task Force.
Randy has attended the same church for 56 years and serves as a trustee, as well as chairman of the building committee. Randy works in the family business, which has been in Irving for 50 years.

Dr. Rosemary RobbinsVice President, Board of TrusteesDistrict 1Elected 2019, Term Ends 2026After serving Irving ISD in numerous capacities, Dr. Rosemary Robbins is now one of the district’s newest board members. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated that her passion is education.
In Irving ISD, Dr. Robbins served as a teacher at Lamar Middle School and MacArthur High School; an assistant principal at John Haley Elementary School and Crockett Middle School; and principal at John Haley Elementary School. As the division director of staff development and grant writing for the district, Dr. Robbins wrote and was awarded numerous state technology grants, developed and implemented the New Teacher Liaison program and coordinated district professional development. She has also served in temporary roles for the district including interim division director for secondary teaching and learning and guest educator for campus administrators
Dr. Robbins has also served to advance education at the state level, working as a teaching and learning specialist for a state teacher organization. In that role, she monitored educator certification, testified on mentoring initiatives and assisted in the planning and implementation of a teaching and learning conference with Dr. Phil Schlecty.
She was the executive director, founder and owner of a teacher alternative certification program and has served on the Quality Indicator Task Force for the National Association for Alternative certification. Dr. Robbins is an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University and as a consultant and grant writer, she has also designed program curriculum approved by the Texas Education Agency. She is also a board member for the Irving Heritage Society, a lifetime member of Texas PTAs, a member of the Irving Sunrise Rotary and served on the IISD District Improvement Committee and Campus Improvement Committees for Good Elementary School and de Zavala Middle School. She is also former president/board member for The Stewpot Alliance, a non-profit organization that works with individuals who are homeless.
Dr. Robbins holds a Bachelor of Science in secondary education from the University of Texas at Austin, and both a master’s degree and a doctorate in education administration from the University of North Texas.
Since 2015, Dr. Robbins has been a member of the Medical and Educational Mission Team to Haiti, an initiative sponsored by First Presbyterian Church of Dallas.
She has one son, who works as a counselor at Irving High School.

A.D. Jenkins

adjenkins@irvingisd.netA.D. Jenkins, who was elected to the Irving ISD Board of Trustees in May 2016, is serving on the school board for the third time. As a trustee from 2008 to 2011, Jenkins served on the policy review committee and personnel committee.For many years, Jenkins has been an active volunteer for the district and at a number of schools, including all of the district’s high schools. He was honored as a PTA Life Member and a recipient of the NAACP Service Award for his commitment to the community. As a strong advocate of Irving ISD’s athletic programs, Jenkins has provided support to Irving ISD coaches and players for numerous years.
A native of Waterproof, La., Jenkins came to Irving in 1987 and graduated from DeVry University two years later with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. He currently works as a software engineer at Cima Solutions Group.
He is the father of three boys – Tevyn, Cameron and Jared – all who have attended Irving ISD schools. Jenkins also has been a father figure to many more students over the years and is the CEO/Founder of the B.I.G. D.O.G.S. Youth Organization. He is married to wife Sherrie.

Nuzhat HyeBoard of TrusteesDistrict 4Elected 2018, Term Ends 2024
Nuzhat Hye has an educational background with over 35 years of experience. She has spent her professional career as a teacher, principal, and has founded several educational institutions.She and her husband have been involved with the Irving community in various capacities since 1989. She has five children and five grandchildren.
Throughout her career she has worked with parents, teachers, school leaders, and community members to help students succeed. She looks forward to serving the Irving ISD and continuing her involvement in the community for the betterment of future generations.

Michael KelleyBoard of TrusteesDistrict 2Elected 2020, Term Ends 2026Michael Kelley grew up attending Irving ISD schools, and now he is serving them as a Trustee. He attended Townley Elementary School and Bowie Middle School and graduated from Nimitz High School in 2001. Kelley worked in manufacturing for 17 years and has been a realtor in Irving for six years. He and his wife, Stefanie, have two sons - a 13-year-old who attends Travis Middle School and a 6-year-old who attends Farine Elementary School.
In addition to his role on the Irving ISD school board, Kelley also serves his community in the following ways: neighborhood association president, vice president of the Irving-Las Colinas ABMUCS and youth baseball coach. He also served on the Irving Parks and Recreation Vision Committee. He has been a member of Fellowship Church for 15 years and serves on the church greeting team.

Lisa LobbBoard of TrusteesDistrict 6Elected 2022, Term Ends 2025

Lisa Lobb is a long-time Irving resident. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Texas Tech University in Studio Art and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum Instruction and Technology.
Mrs. Lobb was hired in 1998 to teach at Irving High School. She taught various business and technology courses – and in 2004, started the KIRV broadcasting program. She was used regularly to present and provide professional development to educators at campus, district, region, state and national conferences. She has experience in grant writing and developing course curriculum following state standards, best practices and research-based strategies. She helped develop strategic goals and plans on the campus- and district-level. She directed and mentored other teachers and helped analyze and evaluate programs for effectiveness.
Lobb was campus department chair for Career and Technical Education, Campus Coordinator for High Schools That Work – a national educational initiative directed by the Southern Regional Educational Board and served on the Irving ISD Athletic Committee. She was on the original task force to determine and develop the CTE signature programs at Irving High. She served on the Board of Directors for the Irving Schools Foundation and was a board member for eight years at Ranch Academy Schools, a school district in east Texas serving the educational needs for at-risk youth and students needing a non-traditional approach to learning.
She was Irving High School Teacher of the Year, Irving and Region X Secondary Educator of the Year for the Association of Texas Professional Educators, PTA Life Membership recipient, and was selected by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in Austin as one of the Top Ten Most Inspiring Teachers in Texas.
Husband Chuck is an Outstanding Graduate of MacArthur High School. The couple’s children attended Barton, Crockett, and Irving High School. Lobb is an active member of her church where she serves on the media team. She is honored to continue her service to Irving ISD as a school board trustee.

Mary RicharteA longtime resident of Irving, Mary “Mariposa” Richarte has spent the last 25 years as an active member within the city and district. She has served in many different capacities within the community, including as a former board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.Richarte is passionate about the importance of parent involvement in schools and began serving Irving ISD as a PTA member and later president of the organization when her son was in middle school. Since then, she has held positions on numerous committees and councils ranging from Campus Improvement, Health Advisory, Parent Advisory, District Advisory, Strategic Planning, HIPPY Advisory, Superintendent Advisory and more. Her varied experiences have given her unique insight into the needs of students, parents and educators alike.
In addition to her biological son, she also has one stepson who has four children of his own, as well as a half-son who has two daughters and one stepson.
