  • “It Takes Heart to be a Hero”  This Friday, February 12, 2012 is our JUMP ROPE FOR HEART ( JRFH ) event sponsored by the American Heart Association.  Our goal this year is to raise $3,652.00.  You may donate online or by giving a donation in cash to your child.  Every little bit helps.  Next week we let you know how much money was donated.  If we meet our goal, Mr. Leal said he would wear a red dress!  Wouldn’t that be a sight to be seen!

Also this year our teachers participated in the Go Red Campaign for the American Heart Association.  We had a friendly competition!  Each grade level received a red paper dress to decorate.  The grade level that received the most votes by QR code, got a popcorn party.  The winning dress was designed by our Specials Group.
