Tracy Gonzales joined our campus in February 2017.  She comes to us from Dallas ISD with 25 years in education.  Mrs. Gonzales has served as a classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, Principal Fellow, and Assistant Principal.  She loves working with students, teachers, and the community.  Her educational credentials include a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT Arlington and a Masters in Educational Leadership from UT Tyler.  She believes that we are all born with great potential and that it is up to each of us to activate and encourage one another to our greatest potential.  Always growing and learning.  

Randall Pliler is new to Pierce, but not new to Irving I.S.D. He was an Assistant Principal at Irving High School for 13 years. Mr. Pliler was a Campus Operations Administrator at Nimitz High School for 5 years.

Mr. Pliler is happy to be an Assistant Principal at Pierce Early Childhood School. He loves helping early childhood kids, teachers, and parents. When not working, Randall loves to spend time with his wife, kids, dog, and cats.
