Lioness Club Gives Back
The Lioness Club worked extremely hard collecting, boxing, and loading items collected for a donation to help families in need during the holiday season. There was close to 1,200 items donated and all went to the food pantry at St. Luke Catholic Church who was more than appreciative to all of Lamar. Thank you to everyone else who helped! It truly feels better to give than receive, and our girls had fun!

How to see what apps/programs my child is using the most on his/her device?
Following the steps below will allow you to see what apps/programs use the most battery on the device. For example: Google classroom 25%, Notes 15%, Nearpod 2%. If you notice that your child is using apps like Youtube, Instagram, and Twitter the most, please remind him/her that the iPad is used to support learning and academics.

Lamar sent one small group of students to this year’s Regional Tournament, held in Haltom City this past Saturday. This small group of 6th graders have been working extra hard, twice a week, since December to prepare themselves for the tournament. In addition to placing, this team also won the Spirit of DI award for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and dynamic imagination!
