• Welcome to the home of the award-winning Lamar Middle School Band. The Lamar Band consists of beginner, intermediate, and advanced band classes to meet the needs of every student. Beginner students will learn how to read music, count music, and perform on their instrument. The intermediate and advanced classes are known as the Non-Varsity and Varsity Bands, and they perform at concerts, football games, and band competitions.
