Nancy Atkinson, Principal
Nancy Atkinson is from Navasota, TX, and is extremely excited to be a part of the Paul Keyes family and serve a great community. She graduated from UTA with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and earned her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from WGU. She began her educational career in Irving ISD as a paraprofessional at Crocket Middle School and continued her journey with multiple roles such as a resource math teacher, inclusion teacher, family behavior specialist, and assistant principal. When she is not at school, Mrs. Atkinson enjoys spending time with her family and 4-legged fur baby Tito.

Liliana Villado, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Villado is honored to serve as an Assistant Principal at Keyes Elementary. She enters her twelfth year in education in Irving ISD serving students in different grade levels including bilingual classroom teacher, team leader and K-5 reading bilingual interventionist. In addition, she is a passionate mentor and coach and enjoys encouraging, supporting, and empowering teachers and staff.
As a servant leader, Mrs. Villado believes in the importance of a positive school culture and climate and cultivating a positive teaching and learning environment for students and staff. She earned a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction-Literacy emphasis from UTA and is currently seeking a doctorate in educational leadership from ACE. She is passionate to continuously learn and grow as a life-long learner.
Mrs. Villado looks forward to serving and building strong relationships with the students, staff, and parents of Keyes Elementary! One team, One vision!

Rupali Sehgal, Assistant Principal
My name is Rupali Sehgal and I am originally from New Jersey. I have spent my entire educational career in Irving ISD. I have worked in several educational capacities-- teacher, math interventionist, academic specialist, curriculum writer, and now Assistant Principal.
I have earned my bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from UNT.
I am extremely honored and excited to be a part of Paul Keyes Elementary family and look forward to the upcoming school year.
I love to travel, read, and watch football!
