Carrie Daniels, Assistant Principal
Originally from Louisiana, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Dillard University in New Orleans. My career in education began as a secondary ELAR teacher in Dallas ISD where I was a teacher leader, mentor, and administrative intern. After earning my Master of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, I became a servant leader in the Irving Independent School district in 2007 at Travis Middle School. My philosophy of leadership is encompassed in one of my favorite Bible quotes:
But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.
― Luke 22:26My greatest joy is serving our learning community at Schulze, interacting with our wonderful families, and nurturing relationships with our community members. I am excited to be a part of the Schulze family for another outstanding year.
Go Team Irving!
