    Bi-district versus Waco Midway will be at Mansfield's Vernon Newsom Stadium at 6:00 pm, Friday March 24th.

  • Nimitz Bowling Nimitz Varsity Boys Bowling Goes to State


    Nimitz Varsity Boys bowling qualified for the state tournament by placing second at the THSBC Region II Tournament. Freshman Lane Thompson qualified for state in singles by placing in the top six at the regional tournament. The state tournament will take place this weekend March 25th and 26th in Fort Worth, Texas at City View Lanes. Team event will be March 25th at 9am and the singles competition will be on March 26th at 12:30pm. Come out show support as they compete for a state crown. Pleas congratulate them as you see them.

  • Superintendent's Shining Star Award


    Congratulations to Nimitz senior, West Meyers, for winning the Superintendent's Shining Star Award at the iCreate Next Generation Showcase. This award is for the best high school project in the district.


    West wrote and performed a beautiful song, Roses From Papa, a letter to his late grandfather.
