It is a full-service café run by award-winning Culinary and Hospitality students. It is open Tuesdays and Wednesday for Express Lunch and on Thursdays and Fridays, it serves a café lunch. In addition, FireBird Café accommodates carry-outs as well as catering services.
FNT FNT, Friday Night Tech is an organization that meets once a six weeks to play video games, board games, eat pizza, watch movies, and just have fun!

Singley Academy Technology Student Association is an association of JESA engineering students dedicated to developing leadership and competitive skills. JESA TSA members work on teams and as individuals to develop leadership and competitive skills that will enhance their abilities to compete at the regional, state, and national levels.
