Board Work Sessions begin at 5 p.m.
General Board Session begins at 7:00 p.m.
Individuals who wish to address the Board will need to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled session and complete a Public Comment Request Card, that will be available to you outside of the Board Meeting space upon arrival. After completing the Public Comment Request Card, give the card to the Board Secretary, Board President, or Superintendent. Those who submit completed Public Comment Request Cards will be recognized during the “Public Comment” section of the relevant meeting agenda.
*Please note all Agenda Items will be heard during the First Order of Business and all Non-Agenda Items will be heard after the Executive Session.
Before addressing the Board, speakers will identify themselves by name, address and organization represented, if any, and remarks will be limited to three minutes. Public comments may not include charges against any employee or student of the District.
If you have timely submitted a complete Public Comment Request Card, you will be called to present your comments aloud during the public comments portion of the Board’s agenda. Remember: You must identify yourself, provide your home address, for the comments to be considered, as well as state the item you are addressing.
