Public Participation

    Board Work Sessions begin at 5:30 p.m.

    General Board Session begins at 7:00 p.m.

    Individuals who wish to address the Board will need to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior the scheduled session and complete a Public Input Card, that will be available to you outside of the Board Meeting space upon arrival. After completing the Public Input Card, it can be submitted via the designated drop-box available outside the Board Meeting space.  Those who submit completed Public Input Cards will be recognized during the “Public Comment” section of the relevant meeting agenda. 

    Before addressing the Board, speakers will identify themselves by name, address and organization represented, if any, and remarks will be limited to three minutes. Public comments may not include charges against any employee or student of the District. 

    The Board is now meeting in person and has resumed its obligation to provide public access while adhering to the recommended local health and safety guidelines. All visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a mask and practice social distancing for Board Work Session and the General Board Session. If you have timely submitted a complete Public Input Card, you will be called to present your comments aloud during the public comments portion of the Board’s agenda.  Remember: You must identify yourself, provide your home address, for the comments to be considered, as well as state the item you are addressing.
