Please note that by filling out the interest form you are not guaranteed placement in the program. The interest form is used as a waiting list tool for the 2023-2024 school year. A program staff member will contact the number on file by August 2023 to set up an appointment for full registration. Program Requirements

• Children should be 2, 3, or 4 years old on or before September 1^st.
• Parents should willingly accept weekly one-hour home visits.
• Parents must agree to dedicate 15 – 20 minutes daily to the HIPPY/HIEPE curriculum.
• Parents must agree to attend monthly parent meetings/workshops.

What to Bring to the Registration Visit

• A copy of your child's birth certificate
• Proof of income
• Proof of address
